Creating Raffle Tickets in Publisher ?

PUB97: on http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;165645
suggests using Specialty PageWizard Design Assistant; however, this article
pertains to publisher 97. I've upgraded many versions later. I don't see
this design assistant in current version 2003 of Publisher. Is it known as
something else? I'm looking to create Raffle tickets with auto numbering
capability. Anyone know how I might do this using PUblisher or is there
still another or better product other than Publisher that allows me to create
a ticket faster.
