Environment:
Mac OS X version 10.4.2
Entourage version 11.2.1
---------------------------
I gave a user delegate (Editor) rights to my calendar. I did this by
right clicking on the Exchange folder, selecting "Folder Properties",
then "Permissions."
When I view my account from Outlook under Windows, this new delegate
doesn't show up. Others, who I created from Outlook do.
I wanted to have this set up for an employee who is transferring to my
shop on Monday, and I don't want to bug her today to see if she does in
fact have the rights I wanted to assign to her. The fact that it
doesn't show up when I look at it from Outlook makes me doubtful.
Does anyone have an explanation for her showing up on my list of
delegates in Entourage, but not in Outlook?
Thanks.
PS: Feature request: I don't see any way to grant or withdraw the right
to view private events in Entourage, so I'll probably have to go to
Outlook to set this up any way.
