Creating a 2 Year Calendar with Mass Changes

I just created a 2 year calendar in Pub 2007 that uses 1 month per page.
I do not like the size of the table on the 1st page (month) so i resized it
to fit my needs. Is there a way to keep those adjustments of that 1 table and
apply the same adjustments to the remaining 23 month tables all at once?

Thanks.

In the calendar options, include a schedule of events. This will resize the
table a good bit, maybe enough. You can delete the schedule of events text box.

You could do it programmatically in Visual Basic. I don't recommend it. I
have Publisher 2003. The way I would accomplish what you are asking is to add
ruler guides to the master page.

While viewing the page that you want the rest of the pages to look like,
from the Arrange menu, Ruler Guides, click Format Ruler Guides. Set 6 or 7
Horizontal Ruler Guides and 8 or 9 Vertical Ruler Guides at approximately the
position that corresponds with the Calendar table borders. After setting the
guides, reposition them so that they are in the correct positions. Click
Format Ruler Guides again from the Arrange menu, Ruler Guides and write down
the positions of the guides.

View the Master page. Click Format Ruler Guides and add the guides to the
Master page. Now when you view the other 23 pages the Ruler guides on the
Master page will allow you to quickly fix the table.
