creating a church photo directroy with addresses

I would like any help in how to make a photo directory with the addresses and
phone numbers for our church members.

What program do you intend to use to create your directory?
A database program such as Access would probably be the best type of program
to use to accomplish this task.

Publisher 2003 has a catalog merge, this would be an excellent program to use to
create your directory.
