In Microsoft Outlook I have a Contact Form with customizable fields pertaining to my business and the information I collect on a particular customer. I would like to have the same flexibility with entourage but cannot figure out how to create a custom form. I notice that entourage provides a few custom fields if you click on your contact to view more information but this is very limited. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
