Creating a File for Spam

My Antivirus Program is PC-cillin. It identifies spam by typing
"spam:" in front of the subject line in the inbox. How can I
create a folder so that any email so identified would automatically
go to this folder instead of my inbox?

Right click on the folder list to add a new folder, Call it Spam or Junk or
whatever.

Create a new rule, that moves the mail with "spam" in the subject line to
this folder.

Click File>New>Folder to create a new folder. Create a rule that looks for
"spam" in the subject and moved those messages to that folder.

Pretty hard to be specific when you can't be bothered with supplying any
information about your installation, like the version of Outlook you use.

So show where in your original post you ever mentioned using a rule.
You knew what you wanted to ask. You knew what you did so far. That's
not what you told us!

So, b-a-s-i-c-a-l-l-y, you already knew the answer. Create a folder and
define rule to move spam-marked e-mails over there.

So what was your real question? Maybe that your rule doesn't work? Or
is it that you don't know how to create a rule or how to use the rules
wizard? In Outlook, hit F1 and search on "rule".

This was my first and last visit to this "service". I incorrectly thought it
was a place where I could get my questions answered. Instead, I found
it was simply a venue for people who had nothing better to do than
enlarge their own self image by showing off their penchant for venting

You asked a question that then you purportedly knew the answer already.
You never clarified what you really meant to ask. You ineptitude isn't
our fault. If you really needed the handholding to guide you step by
step how to load the program, how to navigate the menues, and how to
actually wade through the wizard one dialog window at a time to define
the rule then that is what you should have asked for. No one really
knows what you wanted to ask because you said you already knew the
answer to what you asked, so it must've been something else that you
meant to ask. Then you go claiming that what you asked should've been
self-evident to all of us what you really meant to say. Geesh.

"rules". Read the instructions and follow them. Does your Mommy feed you

Your posts are so repetitive and meaningless that they circle back onto
themselves creating a convoluted and unintelligible mess that renders
any meaningful reply a futile endeavor.

And your lack of proper syntax would embarrass a sixth grader. For example,

By the way, "menues" is spelled "menus".

But these 3 comments are like picking 3 fleas off of an elephant.
