Creating a new event in Entourage 2004 syncs to PDA as an all day

I've upgraded to 11.1.0 and still the same behaviour applies. When I create
an event on the Mac in Entourage 2004, it appears on Outlook 2004 correctly,
but when ActiveSync 3.7.1 syncs it to my PDA, it turns into an all day event
on the PDA, even though the times are correct in Outlook 2004! If I edit the
event on my PDA and uncheck All Day, the correct times appear.

Can anyone help. I am fairly certain this is a bug, although I am not sure
if it is Entourage or ActiveSync (my feelings are towards Entourage).
