Creating a new mail message is driving me nuts.

When I create a new message the TO field is automatically "expanded". In
order to get to the body of the message, I have to tab three times to get
the cursor to the subject line. Is there any way to toggle on/off the CC and
BCC fields?

Not unless you address your messages from the address book.

If you are using Entourage 2004 or earlier (or maybe Entourage 2008, I
haven't checked), you can just press Return/Enter after you finish entering
addresses in the To box to skip directly to the subject line.

I don't think there's any way to turn OFF the CC/BCC fields, but what I
normally do is simply press the RETURN key when I'm done entering
addresses... That should close the addressing dialogs and take you directly
to the Subject field.
