Bobby C.
Using Outlook 2003 I have set up several accounts with different reply
addresses (such as [email protected] [not a real address],
[email protected], etc.). The purpose was so that when I replied to a
particular message I could send it with the proper reply address (instead of
my default address).
I only have two email accounts that actually receive mail from different
servers and one is a catch-all account for [email protected] which would
get all the messages sent to nowhere.com.
My question is how to disable those accounts from checking for incoming mail
OR is there a better way to set things up so I can have an easily changed
reply address? I hope this made some sense. Thanks in advance.
