Creating an organisation photo board

I am trying to put together a organisation board with pictures and job titles
of everyone in my department. It would be good to use powerpoint if possible
so that i can then use this as a base for me to design the staff biography
book. I am using windows XP. The board does not need to show hierarchy, just
needs to show a picture of each person in each team. Please help, it needs
doing urgently!!

What do you need help *with*? And what version of PPT are you using?

Rather than using Org Chart itself, I'd suggest using PPT's regular
textboxes, autoshapes and connectors (available on the autoshapes toolbar)
for the org chart/text-type stuff. For the photos, use Insert/Picture/From
File.
