Creating Archives with Project Folders

How do you create an Archive that includes all of my Project Folders.
It appears that I can only create an Archive with one folder at a
time.How do i create an Archive that includes all of my project folders
at once?

I know it's not easy. I had the same problem and the suggestion I was
given was to use the Import-Export ENtourage scripts from Paul Berkowitz
(shareware). It worked beautifully for me.
