Project Managers face this kind of decision making every day. The
"normal" technique is a regular periodic review of the information
Project is providing followed by informed decisions to re-structure the
plan in order to achieve the desired outcome. Project provides the
information but it can't make the decisions - the manager has to so that.
However there are ways to automate plan re-structuring depending on a
set of defined criteria. The best way to implement this is through VBA.
