Creating Distribution Lists using MS Access??

Is it possible to import email addresses from either MS
Access or MS Excel? Need to send out global email to our
customers and I REALLY don't want to sit and type in 500
names into a distribution list (can they take that many
anyway?!).

Thanks for any help.

You can use the Import and Export utility from the file menu >import from
antother program or file.
