Creating email addresses as links for the reader of my email

Does anyone know how I would type an email address within an email message such that the email address becomes a link so the recipient doesn't have to copy and paste? Thanks very much. Appreciate your help!

Most email clients will automatically render a proper email address as a
clickable link. A handful require the 'mailto:' prefix.

[email protected]
mailto:[email protected]

Check with your recipients to see what works for them.
