creating fonts

Office programs should have a program that shows users how to create
fonts with step-by-step instructions.
I am currently using windows EX (not sure if it is Professional) and
while creating a document, could not find out how to create a unique font
using symbols from my favourite TV show. If there is something available, I
would like it very much if it would be possible to enlighten me about it.

Creating fonts is an art in itself...I doubt that Office programs, and especially FrontPage -which this newsgroup is dedicated to- will *ever* include designing fonts as a feature.

But there are font newsgroups where dedicated fontees hang out perhaps you should as there about programs you can buy to help you design fonts.
