Creating groups of Exchange contacts?

It appears that it is not possible to create groups of Exchange contacts in
Entourage. Is this true, or am I missing something? If it is true, is there
any workaround or creative way to do this without putting contacts into the
local address book and creating groups there?

Entourage supports creating local groups. You can put whatever addresses
you want into those groups. They will not, however, replicate to the server.
