I have made a Group folder and put several different groups of contacts in it. But now, whenever I go to my main address book and create a new contact there, a duplicate of the contact is also put in the Group folder as if it were another group.

If I delete the contact from the group folder, it also deletes from the main address book. Anyone know what gives?

Somewhat related: When I add a new contact in the Mac Address Book, once iSync runs, *all* my contacts in Entourage's address book are duplicated. Over time, I am getting multiple instances of each contact. Only those contacts in Entourage are duplicated. My mac Address Book appears fine.

Your sync truth database could be wonky. If AB is correct, then disable
syncing in E'rage, re-enable it, and have Address Book overwrite E'rage on
the initial sync
