Creating own organization chart style

I do not like any of the standard organization chart styles and would like to create my own. Really just something basic with sqaure boxes (hate the rounded curved boxes) and no colour backgrounds.

In previous versions of PP you could easily format the boxes in the org chart and so I just want to be able to work with something basic.

Turn off the autolayout option on the Org Chart toolbar that pops up when you select the org chart.
