Creating personal folders in Entourage

Can you create personal folders like in Outlook? I'd like to categorize my e-mails by creating a folder for each of my contacts, but I can't figure out how. Help!

Personal folders (stored in individual files on the disk) do no exist
per se, but you can create folders ion the On My Computer section and
use them the same way.
