Creating rules for folders

In my exchange email account I have created a folder and made several rules for it but when the mail comes in it does not go to my newly created folder.

One of the rules I created is if this particular chosen email address is in the body of the email it should transfer and as an experiment I have mailed an email to myself and it just wont see it and transfer it to my new folder.

The objective is to replicate these folders on both my desktop and laptop but I cannot see what I am doing wrong.

Can anyone help please?

I don't understand why your rule is looking for an e-mail address in the
Message body rather than the From field. Did you really mean to say that, or
did you mean something else?
