Creating Setups

Sorry, the connection was dropped, I repost this to be sure.

I have purchaced some vendor's setup creation program and now I need to
know
what files are needed to include into a setup file
for an app created in Access 2000, DAO 3.6, ADO 2.8
and what should the directories that those files should be put
depending on the O/S (W98, WMe, WinNT, W2000, WinXP)?

Should there be a certain procedure or hierarchy of actions the setup
program must do?
(I mean besides the PC having Access 2000 installed already, of course)
