Creating table for text in Entourage task notes

I would like to create a table to better see some text in the notes section of Entourage tasks.

Is this possible, and if so, how?

Entourage's HTML engine does not support the complex HTML needed to let
you create a table.

You can create a table in Excel, copy and paste that as a graphic into
Entourage but then it's uneditable.
