cropping in picture manager

the Microsoft Office Picture Manager's crop function is pretty user friendly
but when cropping, there are no guidelines. The crop lines dissappear, this
can make it difficult to tell what you're cropping until you release the crop
tool.

The entire image stays on the screen, the part you have cropped is transparent but
viewable. Perhaps if you zoom for a closer view it will be easier to for you to see
what you are doing.
