Crosshair cursor

Would like to be able to activate / deactivate a crosshair cursor in IE or
Picture Manager to improve the usefullness of viewing graphic data or tabular
data. Specific interest is in viewing graphic stock charts containing upper
and lower plots.

I've never seen a "suggestion" that I agreed with - until now. There *are*
times when a crosshair would be more helpful.

Windows does have a cross-hair "Precision select" cursor, perhaps you
are just not in an area where it is appropriate.
