CSV Import "File as" Switched

I am importing a flat file from Goldmine. My default Outlook 2002 (SP3)
Contact Settings are: Default Full Name Order - First (Middle) Last and
Default File As Order - First Last. After the file is imported Outlook is
properly parsing the single field name but adding a comma and displaying
Last Name, First Name on my Contacts screen. The "File as" field is
reversed from the Full Name field. I have tried this multiple times, the
file imports properly but still can't get it to match the default settings.
Your help would be appreciated. Thanks
