Currency conversion

How do I set up cells in Excel to update different currency values against a
fixed currency ie British Pound

I then want to update them as I do for stocks and shares

I am using Office 2003 professional

Hi Brian

I do this by setting up a web query to www.xe.com from the tools --> get
external data menu and then use a vlookup to get the correct exchange rate.
