Cursor and arrow keys are only half alive; double leters are singl

Believe this started when I inadvertently held down shift key for several
seconds. Since then it is very hard to get cursor to respond or to get arow
keys to move the cursor.

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility
Options | Keyboard tab | uncheck the "Use FilterKeys" and "Use
StickyKeys" boxes | OK.
