Cursor Positon in Outlook Email messages

I am using a HTML stationary backgrond in my email messages. I would like to
have the cursor start at a certain position in the email when I TAB down from
the SUBJECT line or hit ENTER from the subject line. Right now when I do
this the cursor starts at the top of the page. However there is an icon that
is suppose to be at the top of the page with the the text of the message to
follow afterwards. Is it possible to tap ENTER and have the cursor start
somewhere in the middle of the stationary everytime or do I always have to
click my mouse at the position I want the cursor to be at?
