Custom Animation

Hi, i am running MS Office 2k Professional and don't have the
PowerPoint option to use Fade for bringing in elements of a slide.
There are options for dissolve, blinds, box, etc., but not for fade.
Is there a way to get this as an add-in, or do i have to upgrade to
Office 2002, or 2003? Thanks, Chuck

It and many other animations and slide transitions have been added to PPT
2002-2003. In order to have these animations, you need to upgrade (not an
add-in option).
