Hello...
When using a custom form in Outlook, before upgrading to
2003 it worked fine; however, since upgrading, when trying
to pull up the custom form the user gets a message
indicating that the custom form could not be opened and
the default one will be opened instead and to contact the
administrator, it then opens a default contact form
instead of our custom one. We re-published our custom
form and that worked for some users, but not for all of
them. I've found that if I search and delete all
IPM.Contact.<our custom form> and then go back into
Outlook to open our form it will open to our custom one.
However, this has proven to only be a temporary fix and
then the same message will come back but if I keep
deleting the IPM>Contact.< > from the hard drive, our
custom form will open again.....any ideas on how I can fix
this so it opens to our custom form everytime?
