Is it possible to create a email template that could be branded with our logo, colors, background images and a custom signature? And if it is possible will this cause any problems for the recipients.
Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your time.

Entourage does not have the 'stationery' feature that is available in
Outlook and some other applications.

However, you can create some pretty good signatures (under the Tools
menu) which can include background images. A signature can be set to be
applied by default under the Account Settings (Tools:Accounts...).
Applying a background image to a signature automatically assigns it to
the message which contains the signature.

Will it cause problems for your recipients? That's a harder one to
answer. If I had to receive a 20k image every time I got a message from
someone, that would be irritating. If the design of the font, colours
Image & layout reduced the readability of the message, that would be
annoying. All of this is dependent on the design of the message. In
technical terms, as long as your recipients are using a mail client that
can handle fairly simple HTML (and not many mail clients can't nowadays)
then everything should work just fine.
