Custom MS Agent creation.

I am using the MS Agnent Creation Software to create a customized MS Agent
Character. I m able to invoke my character into office products as the Office
Assistant but its coming blank. Can someone tell me the correct procedure to
use the MS Agent creation software to create a customized character?
The steps I m following in MS Agent Creation S/w:
1.) New-> Create office Assistant.
2.) Animations->Show. Right Click on it and Select "New Frame". Then insert
a smal bitmap.
3.) States->Showing. Double click on showing and check the "Show" check box.
4.) File->Save.
5.) File -> Build Character.

Then I put the character inside the correct folder. After that when I poen
powerpoint and then choose "Show Office assistant"..the default comes up.
Then I right click on it and select "Choose an Assistant". Then I can click
"back" and It gives the name of my character but the preview is blank. Also,
when I select it...it comes as Blank Assistant. I just see white space.

Can anyone help me.
