Custom sort in a pivot

Can someone give me the drill on how to manually sort a field in a pivot table

Please do not repond if you are not planning on answering exactly what I am asking for

Pretty easy, simply right click on the field and select the Order menu item.
It will display a submenu of moves that are available to you (Move Up, Move to
End, etc.)

Or right click on a field and select Field Settings... then Advanced... The
window will give you some options for sorting the fields (Manual, Ascending,
etc.).

I sure hope I answered exactly what you were asking for...
