custom view to filter tasks

I use tasks a lot and want to create the following custom view:
- display tasks with priority higher than normal
OR
- display tasks due within 3 days from today
AND
- display complete tasks.

dont know how to do this! it seem to me you can either have it match all of the criteria, in which case it comes up with tasks of high priority AND due withing 3 days (but i want to see the ones due within 3 days even if lower priority)... but if i select 'any criteria' tehn of course incomplete tasks come up.

in fact i hate having incomplete tasks pop into lists, is there a way of removing them alltogether, or at least making them disappear into some dark and remote archive?

Many thanks,
D

First, Under View in the menu bar when you are in the Tasks window, select
Incomplete Tasks. Now you will only see tasks that are incomplete. This will
carry over to any custom task view.

There is no Priority you can assign to a Task, but you could create a
Category for Priority and assign that to a Task when you create it.

You can under under Edit in the menu bar assign, due Today, etc. to a task.

To sort you have two options:

Option 1) Click in the column that you want to show. Just click in the
header of that column.

Option 2) Use the Task Views. You can create your own custom views or use
one of the supplied views.

For all windows in Entourage, you can set what columns show up. Under View
for each window select Columns --> make your selections. Be sure to check
out the new Last Name, First Name for Contacts.

I'm still using Entourage 2004 but I hope to upgrade to 2008 soon. Is there any way to see which tasks have notes attached without opening them up? I switched from Palm Desktop for PC and there is a column that shows if there is a note.

Thanks,

BP
