Customising Reply

When I hit Reply I get the following:

From: Joy [mailto:[email protected]]
Sent: 23 July 2004 11:11
To: Ian
Subject: RE: Gaucin

followed by the rest of the email text.

Can this heading be amended? I would like to add 'Received' date/time.

Outlook doesn't allow you to change the reply header, but you can use the
Email Templates tool from http://www.emailtemplates.com to send with a
specific reply template and a lot more.
