Customize colums in Journal window

I'm using Outlook XP with Exchange 2000 server.
While I'm writing a journal item and clicking on Contact link at the bottom
of the page, the system shows me a window to browse the contact. I need to
know if is it possible manage and custom the colums in Items box (File as,
....).
