Customize emails

I would like to know how to create a stationery or template for all my
new email messages. I have created the document in Word. I would like
to have a header (image), place to write the message, and then a
signature with a footer (image). I can create it on Microsoft Outlook,
but can't find the option in Entourage.

Another option I just discovered is to use "Office Clippings" for this
purpose. Maybe I like it simply because I've finally found a use for that
feature.
