Customize handling of Send To -> Mail recipient

Hi,

I'm writing a shell extension for a certain file type. When I right
click mouse button on the file , choose Send To -> Mail Recipient, I
want to call my own component that handles attaching the file and
emailing it. Could someone tell me how I can handle the event on my own
when the user chooses Send To-> Mail recipient from the context menu?
