"Customize Outlook Today" button does not work

On the "Outlook Today" screen, I have a button
named "Customize Outlook Today". When I click on it, it
presses but doesn't do anything. I've used this option in
the past to change the way Outlook Today displays.
Anyone have any idea how to correct this?

I will take your suggestion, apparently my faith in
Microsoft's search engine is misplaced, since I did not
find this reference when I searched their database for
this error.
