You do...if you right click on Mailbox - [UserName], click on properties and
click the Home Page tab...you'll find the location of that .html. Good idea
to make a back up copy, before you start messin' around with it.

That's the "Winter" style of Outlook Today for Outlook 2003. There are
articles in the MSKB (search for "customize outlook today") that will tell
you what your options are.
