Customize tool bar.

Can someone please advise if it is possible to customize the Entourage tool
bar?. I would like to be able to delete Categories and Projects.

You can in ENtourage 2008 (just the same way as in any other Mac
application), but you can't in 2004. Which version do you have ?

In 2008, yes. Note that each individual toolbar can be customized - the
browser window, composing messages/events/tasks, viewing
messages/events/tasks, etc.

View > Customize Toolbar.

There is no way to customize the toolbar on previous versions.
