Customizing MS Business Contact Manager fields

I am trying to set up my newly installed Outlook 2003 w/
BCM but I am finding that many of the predefined fields
do not suit my business. For example:

BUSINESS TOOLS/ACCOUNT/DETAILS/TERRITORY:
Standard options available in the pull down menu are
North, South, West, etc. Our territories are not
geographic so these are useless to me. I want to find out
where to go to add my own territories???


I have the same problem with many of the other pull down
menus too. How can I customize these fields as well:

BUSINESS TOOLS/ACCOUNT/DETAILS/TERRITORY
BUSINESS TOOLS/ACCOUNT/DETAILS/TYPE OF BUSINESS

BUSINESS TOOLS/BUSINESS CONTACTS/DETAILS/PROFESSION

BUSINESS TOOLS/OPPORTUNITY/GENERAL/TYPE
BUSINESS TOOLS/OPPORTUNITY/GENERAL/SALES STAGE
