CV for physician

Does anyone have a template that can be used for a CV for a physician. The
ones I have found so far don't work well.

Any resume template can be used. They are just format. If you are looking
for content assistance, you need to either visit some of the career sites or
talk to a professional headhunter. (In your line of work, I'd strongly
suggest the latter.)
