My company is using SSL mail provided by a company in the US. We've
been using the service since the first of the year and have had little
problem with it. Most of the employees in our company use PCs, though
there are a handful of us that are using Macs.
About 6 days ago, all of the Mac users using MS Entourage began to see
the following message appear when trying to send/receive mail a second
time.

Error:
Could not retreive mail from the account "AccountName"
Explaination:
Security failure. Data decryption error.
Error 2020

The first time we send/receive mail, everything works as it's supposed
to, but any subsequent attempts produce the message above. Entourage
must be shut down completely and restart to send and receive again.
This problem only occurs with MS Entourage. I set up the same
accounts using Mac's Mail program and it would send and receive all
day without an error message.
I checked with my mail server administrators and they said that there
haven't been any changes to the system. I've also rebuilt my database,
to no avail.
If anyone knows what could be the problem here and could suggest a
fix, I'd appreciate it much. If it requires changing something on the
server level, let me know and I'll talk to my server administrators
and have them look into it.
