Data From Notepad Area Doesn't Print!

Hi,
When printing the diary all the fields are printed with the exception of the
last which contains my personal input. I have searched through the
preferences etc but can find no way of including this field.

I use Calendar List and select the dates from the start and end dates I wish
to print.
The resulting printout shows the output from Subject - Location - Start &
End fields.
There is another unnamed field below (Notepad area) where information
relating to the appointment can be entered.
It is this field which isn't being printed.

I would also like to alter the headers and footers, but once again am unable
to.

Help much appreciated.

To get the event Notes to print you have to open each event into its own
window and print the events one by one. (At least you can in 2004; I can't
recall if that works in X but I expect so.) No, you can't alter the headers
when printing the calendar.
