Data Grouping when worksheet password protected

Is there any way in Excel 2002 where I can password
protect a worksheet but still allow the user to use the
data grouping. The spreadsheet I have has
monthly/quarterly views and is all formula driven (thereby
the need to password protect) but when I put data
groupings, they don't work as soon as I password protect.
Is there anyway around this without having the user hide
columns everytime they want to look at or print just a
quarterly view?
