Data sorting problem in Chinese

Hi,

I have Excel file (from Excel 2002) that containing personal phone and
directory in Simplified Chinese (GB2312) text. Is there a way to sort this
Chinese in phonetic order instead of stroke order? I was able to sort this
table in phonetic order when I used this table in Windows 98 in the old day,
but all change after moving to Windows 2K/XP (English version) with Unicode.
It looks like the Chinese texts are in stroke order in Unicode. Hope someone
know how to do that and can help me.
