Data template for new contacts

I am entering many new contacts and they all have the same city, province, country starting character for the postal code and area code.

Is there a default template I can have there fields pre-populated with the default values?

If not, is there a way to gave these fields display a drop down list with the last values entered?

If you need to batch enter a number of contacts, you might want to consider
using a spreadsheet application, such as Excel, as it allows you to enter
your data quite easily. Once you're done, save your file as a tab-delimited
text file, which you can then import into Entourage (File>Import). Entourage
will automatically convert the spreadsheet rows into contact cards.
