VERY limited. Such as using the Find( ) function to see if a particular
value is present in a cell.

Thanks for the quick response but it does not help. i should have been more
specific. In monarch, you are able to trap report headings and column
headings which allow you to "trap" only certain and it filters data that
repeats itself such as page numbers, titles, etc.

Not sure what you are trying to do. Define "trap" without using the word
"trap". Maybe show some data and the results you desire.
