Database Corruption and 0S X 10.2.8

Hello.

I am having problems with Office X and 10.2.8

I am getting database corruption errors on many programs.

Here is the error with Word and Excel:

"An unexpected error occurred while trying to load the Microsoft Framework
X"

Any suggestions?
